Long Double Crochet (Ldc): Yarn over, insert hook in indicated stitch or row, pull up long loop on hook, (yarn over, pull through 2 loops on hook) 2 times. Work a long double crochet (Ldc) in the stitch indicated one row below the previous row worked. This stitch will be worked around the chain space of the previous row.
Gauge:
12 rows x 14 stitches = 4 inch x 4 inch in linen stitch (Ldc rows). Adjust hook size to obtain gauge if needed.

Cut 360 strands of yarn approx. 4-5 inches long (or desired length). To make this process faster, wrap the yarn around a cell phone or small book and cut once. Using 3 strands of yarn, tie roughly 3 groupings per 4 rows on each end. You should have roughly 60 ties for each end of the wrap.
